Principled Leaders Everywhere

Develop Leaders from the Inside - Out

At the Vine and Oak Leadership Foundation, we help develop leaders in all sectors of society and spheres of influence. But, mostly we help grow ourselves, you and me.

It’s Monday again, and we are broadcasting from Hermanus. We are back at the cornerstone, and today we’re going to give you a summary of the last four episodes. Enjoy this segment with us.

How to grow Leadership

As you might recall, we did four segments or four parts on how to grow leadership.

MyHeartFully – In the first segment, we discussed personal development. This is developing your soul, body, mind, and spirit.

LegacyLeadersToday – In the second segment, we talked about developing leaders in the primary sectors of society. These are the public -, the private -, and the social sectors.

Principled – In the third segment, we spoke about principles. I stated that these principles never change. We change, I change, you change, but these principles are forever.

Sprouting Change. Today.

As you may recall our mission is “Sprouting change, today”. This is about growth and development. We use the metaphor of a little acorn that grows up and becomes a magnificent tree.

Change is about how I can be better. How I can change mentally, socially, physically, and spiritually. How can I bring about change in society, help the world become a better place?

Today is the day we have. We say, “Carpe Diem”, seizing the moment. I go further, and we’re going to talk a lot about that; how do we sprout change, today?

A small hint; it’s not every day, not every year, not every week or every month; it’s every second, every moment. I can make a choice now, in the next five seconds! What am I going to put into my mouth, what am I going to eat, and that will have an impact on my health.
Small oak plant in the garden. Tree oak planted in the soil substrate. Seedlings or plants illuminated by the side light. Highly lighted oak leaves with dark background and green grass.

I can make a choice right now; how I’m going to treat the guy that drives in front of me in the middle of traffic. It’s a choice I make today.

So do not forget, our mission is, “Sprouting change, today”. How can I do that? How can you do that in your sector of society, where you operate and where your influence is?
